I normally have pretty good skin but I always seem to have a few pimples show up in my t-zone and every time I get my skin cleared up but some seem to show up once again. And it always seems to get worse when it's that time of the month. If any of you can give me some advice on how to treat them and to keep them away for good that would be awesome :)

Agree with Alexis most likely hormonal and birth control may or may not be a good solution - if it's not that bad then don't do anything drastic to it - as you mentioned they do clear up on their own - tea tree can help speed the process a bit but when it comes to hormonal acne the best thing you can do is keep the rest of your body in check - meaning don't eat any foods that will cause stress for your body - and try to destress with exercise or some yoga - avoid food allergens and try not to load up on sweets and/or junk food (I know it's tempting esp during that time coz you just feel like crap but try n stick with veggies n water) that should at least help to keep your body in check so that even though your hormones are going crazy at least you are healthy to support the healing of the acne.

Avoiding alcohol and fried foods may help. The t-zone breaking out could also be a sign that you need to give your liver a break. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins!
