Yes! heh heh I was going to call it the Chola girl lip, but I knew it was going to be back! This is more subtle but same concept. Also 90's stuff is so popular now, I hope this trend goes full Chola. I kind of love that look. It's often poorly executed but the concepts when done well are really balanced and have an interesting balance of being feminine but strong. It's a very signature look. Similar to what you see in the pinup world. It's interesting that they get lumped together and with tattoos too.
