Have any of you tried Xout? I see commercials all the time.

I heard it was over drying.

Like any other facial wash, if you use it too much, it will over-dry your skin and cause breakouts to be worse. So after using, just use a light moisturizer!

Also, if all else fails, go to your doctor and get clinically proven medication for the acne.
