This little girl going into the 6th grade came in wanting way shorter hair. She's come in before and she's super sweet. She also has a bit of mental disability and had a hard time explaining what she wanted so when I finished and showed her she almost cried because it was exactly what she wanted. It's things like this that keep me going.

It's been a rough day here at the salon! I've been here all day by myself and kids start school tomorrow and just so busy. And parents get angry because there's a wait. I'm just ready for bed.
