Need a new hair color, help?

Please help I feel like I need to get away from just brown and want to stick in the more natural colors (work) and not really diggin the reds (tried it) any suggestions?

I wouldn't say ombré, it's too tacky, I don't like the look of having a straight line that separates two very different colours, it's not pretty and unnatural. If you like the idea of an ombré, I'd opt more toward a balayage ombré, it's much more natural looking and pretty, I wouldn't say blonde though, I'd say a caramel colour!
