You can try using the eyeliner color as a base. if it allows.

Complete your look using your eyeshadows first! I find when I'm playing around with makeup whenever I put my eyeliner on first, it gets covered up from the eyeshadows! So do your eyeshadow first and then your eyeliner! Hope this helps :)

It kinda depends to me if I want my eyeliner to really pop out I put it AFTER my eyeshadow. But if I don't want it to pop or am not sure if ill be alright I put it before.

Agrees with the girls above. eyeliner comes after eyeshadow so that it doesn't get covered by the shadows.

Eyeshadow and then eyeliner...that's the way most ppl do it but recently I have been doing it the other way 😁

If I want the eyeliner to look a little softer, but I still want to use a gel, I put the eyeshadow on after.
