So my friend is moving and we're throwing a surprise party for her. It's rainbow themed, which explains the eyeliner. I was wondering if you guys had any thoughts on it! Thanks! And excuse my eyebrows, they are definitely in need of some help, and I didn't fill them in this morning...

- Urban Decay Primer Potion
- Rimmel white eyeliner
- An old palette I got at the drugstore for really cheap - I think it's by color concept, but the name is mostly rubbed off
- Elf little black beauty book in festive everyday
Thank you guys so much for all the kind responses! And as far as how I did it, I just used the small end of the little brush that came with the Smashbox blue eyes palette, but you could definitely use any small precise brush that isn't too stiff. And then I just used all the colors wet with a little bit of Mac Fix+. But the most important part is putting white eyeliner on first, it makes the colors soooo much more vibrant. And for making them gradient, just overlap the colors a tiny bit, I didn't use orange, I just overlapped the goldish shade with the reddish pink color and it mad ethe perfect transition. So that's how I did it! And again thanks so much for all the nice things you said!
