Is the eyecream your using very hydrating? If not I'd try and find a more hydrating one.

Aside from that a good concealer (I quite like benefit's fake up) won't settle into lines and maybe don't set it with powder. That way if it moves during the day you can smooth it back into place. Or just go easy with the powder under the eyes

Wayne goss has a great tutorial on YouTube for stopping makeup from creasing under eyes that might be helpful - if it's makeup then you will only notice the lines when you have makeup on - if you notice them before you apply any makeup then maybe that cream is not working well enough for you.

You have very beautifully shaped eyes! I would recommend using a light moisturizer on that area, then put on powder/foundation. Somehow moisturizer makes my makeup look less cake-y.

I would try something like the L'Oreal Miracle Blur. There are other similar products out there, but I think it works great for the price. It fills in those lines pretty well in my opinion.

OMG Alyssa you have amazing eyes and the perfect eyebrows! I am so jealous! I'll bet makeup artists love to do your eyes don't they?
Don't fret! I think you can totally solve this. Looking at your picture I can see what you are talking about. It almost looks like a texture issue in the one tiny spot and that makes me immediately think that the skin there is a bit dry or dehydrated somewhat. When that happens it makes applying concealer or foundation a real aggravation because of the way the dry area grabs up the pigment from the product and powder veil making you feel as if it's announcing it to the world! Trust me, I've been there! I would add an additional eye cream to your routine. And honestly, from what I can see, I don't think you really need to use the laser repair both night and day, every day. Your lines, and I really hate to even call them that, look like the kind most of us have had since birth that are natural to the placement of your eye. Repetitive facial movements just cause them to deepen over time and we just start noticing them more. I would love to see you switch gears with the laser repair and look for something that is plumping and super hydrating. Peter Thomas Roth makes a good one called MEGA RICH™ INTENSIVE ANTI-AGING CELLULAR EYE CRÈME. I also adore Arcona's Eye Dew. If you could add something like these (look for ingredients like peptides and hyaluronic acid on labels) I think that you'll see the dryness in that spot go away and even soften the look of those baby lines near the corner of your eye. If you really like the laser repair, try moving it to an every other day night time application. I truly feel like you need an additional cream to give your skin a drink and a plump, LOL! Oh, by the way, if you do this, you may find that it's a bit moist for under the eye when wearing makeup. If you run into an issue with your liner running add a bit of eyeshadow in a similar color to "set" the liner and keep it in place. And maybe consider using a waterproof mascara. Also, go easy on any powder under your eyes. Powder absorbs moisture. It's the reason us oily skinned girls love it so much to keep oil breakthrough under control. If you are using it under your eyes, it will pull the moisture right out of your skin. As if we don't have enough problems, right? Good luck! You will be fine:)
