3-5 days. I agree with Dakota. Do you leave that on your skin or use it as a face mask\scrub? If you're leaving it on all day, the olive oil may clog your pores.

olive oil and sugar are both shelf stable things.... you don't throw the sugar in the sugar bowl out after three days? As long as your keeping a lid on it and not letting excessive water/other stuff in it, it's fine.... if your worried, use it at the sink with dry hands, close lid, put black in kitchen :)
