Do they have Almay products in the You.K.? If so, I'd suggest Almay Bright Eyes. It's a two-in-one eyeliner/highlighter. The hilighter is cream colored, BUT I'm not sure if it would have the same affect on your eyes as normal liner. The other end is a nice, chocolate brown liner that stays on for a while! You could also try WetNWild eyeliner. It's a nice deep black and waterproof!

Rimmel Scandaleyes has a nice nude and black one. The nyx jumbo eye pencils also come in lighter, creamy shades and last quite a while on the waterline.

Do a pencil eyeliner and trace it with a liquid liner znd use eyeliner stays on gor hours.

I have a twist up pencil liner from Urban Decay that stays put for the entire day and also looks really nice if you smudge it a bit on the up lash line, I'm pretty sure it's called All Nighter Eyeliner.
