Color jamz limey lizard green?

So I know I made a post about green hair dye yesterday, but I was wondering if any of you guys have used this type of dye specifically...I don't want a review so much as a confirmation over whether or not I'll be able to achieve the green in this picture with it. If not, will adding conditioner help? Or should I buy a new dye, and if so what?
I am aware that with this brand you have to totally disregard the instructions haha.

I'm pretty sure that color jamz is a bad brand but I've never actually used it so I'm not sure

I've never used that brand but if it's an average green vegan dye and you mix it with conditioner it'll make it a pastel shade but your hair needs to be very light for it to work if you want that exact shade.

Oh also, my hair is white blonde haha, should have said that.
