A nice warm brown eyeshadow (maybe with a hint of red) would bring out your eyes really nicely and is a good color for fall. The best thing for blemishes is to leave them only so they can heal but I get the occasional zit and never follow this advice. I generally try to stick to a more lightweight foundation or concealer to just tone down the redness a bit. Your brows look nice natural but a little bit of light brown powder never hurts just to define them a bit. As for the lips I really love red-brown colors for fall and the color would go well with your eyes.
