So I'm some what "new" to make-up & I did this look on my sister for halloween. Any tips or suggestions. I used a glitter pallet from the halloween store but I believe the brand is wet & wild. Criticism welcomed :)

If you want the color to pop out a little more then put on eyeprimer and if you don't have that then apply concealer all over the eyelid.

Cool, I agree with the primer and I'd also blend between the year duct and lid for a better color transition
