I think blonde hair with brown eyebrows look good I've heard that if you have blonde hair your eyebrows should be two shades darker.

Eye brows look best when 3 or so shades darker than the hair color, unless the eye brows can't get any darker, like black can't get darker.

I am blonde with dark thick eye brows. I love it. It's an unique look to have. Some people think it's unnatural verses attractiveness. But, I have natural blonde hair and natural dark eye brows. And I couldn't be happier any other way.

I like blonde hair and dark eyebrows :) I think you have to be careful with the shades though, when I was blonde I had more of an ash grey/brown colour for my brows cause it matched my hair tones better :)

I'm blonde, pretty light right now, actually... and I LOVE my dark eyebrows! I even fill them in with brown mascara and make them even more dramatic! But really it's however you feel most "yourself." I've seen bleached out eyebrows look awesome too!
