How do you do this to your nails??

I haven't done it but it looks like they painted the whole nail black then they went over it with the pink

Or painted the whole nail pink and outlined w a black design polish brush.

just paint the nail the light base color then cut a piece of scotch tape to cover the center portion of the nail . and once you've centered your tape piece on the nail go around the edges with a fine brush and your dark polish then wait for it to dry peel of the tape add a top coat and boom you're done! lol its a bit of work though so maybe just do it as an accent nail one on each hand! just my thoughts

You paint the full nail pink or whatever colour you what and then u get a nail pen and go round the edge of the nail.
