Nah, I love her eye brows. The whole eye brow thing is opinionated, some love it, some hate it.. as long as she loves it. I also love her lips!

Not a fan of the brows. Brows are meant to frame the face and this brow look might be too harsh for her.
The skin looks good, the lips do too (although some colors may suit her better) and the liner is nice. There may be a bit too much liner on the bottom, though. She has a lovely almond eye shape and closing it may not be the best look.
Overall, nice job and just keep practicing :)
