Ones from Rimmel and NYX are pretty darn good, as for a more expensive option, ABH Brow Wiz works great.

The one from ulta is great! My eyebrows are very blonde so it's the first pencil I've found that will work! I get golden ash.

I have fair eyebrows and have them tinted every 4 to 6 weeks. I have several eyebrows pencils but my favorite would be the Anastasia brow wiz and a Revlon one, it is more waxy and seems to last longer.

I used to use rimmel eyeliner pencils in dark brown. its really cheap.

My favorites are Mac and tartes. I don't use brow pencils much, but I have a bunch lol. My favorites are definitely the tarte one (the one with the rectangle shape) and the Mac one. Theyee both easy to use, look nice and natural and don't run out quick. Tartes also has a spooly and a highlighter in it.
