It may be too much foundation as well. Maybe something a little thinner, like the BareSkin from Bare Essentials (I don't use it but I tested it at Ulta and it's thin with great coverage.)

It's the cornstarch over the products.If you're normal to dry and you add cornstarch it will just sit and gather then start breaking away separating the foundation.The solution would be not to use cornstarch or you can continue it on the areas it works well with and use another product where the trouble areas are.:-)

Check all the ingredients of your products. If your primer is water based then your foundation should be water based too! Because water and oil don't mix so that's maybe why yor foundation doesn't stay! Watch Wayne goss videos on YouTube!
