Outfit ideas? Birthday!

Hi guys

I am going to be having a day out for my birthday going for afternoon tea at a fancy tea room in London and then doing some exploring of the cool markets in London and then maybe a river cruise in the evening.

What can I wear? Something dressy but comfy

I like midi dresses and flat shoes but can't think of an outfit that'll be dressy but still casual and warm!
