I have a dry patch of skin on my right cheekbone. It burns just a little. I've never had one before so I don't know whether to put lotion on it or.. what? Help, please.

It might be eczema? I have mild eczema and I get those sometimes. Try cortizone or aveeno <3.

My favorite when I get extremely dry skin is eucerine extremely dry skin lotion. It is much more moisturizing than aveeno, doesn't burn at all and has things like ceramides and hyaluronic acid to repair the skin barrier and draw in moisture. It works so well and has never broken me out! But it does feel a tad heavy especially the residual stuff left on the hands after application so I always wash then right after!
