The different between cleansing milk & cleansing oil?

I need some help regard this concern of the different between cleansing milk & cleansing oil? Like they both works as a makeup remover right?

Not sure about cleansing milk as I've not used it personally but cleansing oil is a great make up remover. Leaves the skin moisturised too.
