I think the Maybelline Define-a-brow is decent, especially if you have warm brows. I liked the elf brow kit too :) I'd recommend a clear brow gel to set all your products as well.

I recommend Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz, its not drugstore but its not that much more expensive considering its going to last longer than a drugstore pencil will. The only drugstore brand I like was Maybelline's (I think its the Master Studio or something).

I use the NYX brow pencil with the brush on one end. I use other products as well but this is great to fill in sparse areas and get the general shape.

Check out NYX or Milani products if you want drugstore. Though ultimately I'd recommend ABH if you want top quality brows.

Rimmel's brow pencils are very good. I had my first one for nearly a year now and I still have about 3 inches of the pencil left. It's a very sturdy pencil that has a smooth wax feeling to it so it glides on really nicely.
