I have super dry skin on the bridge of my nose. Since I wear glasses, my glasses rub against it. It makes it worse. I've tried lotion but it won't help. If you go to my profile and look at my pic (I was wearing my glasses in the pic) you can kind of see it. With winter coming up, I need help fast before it gets worse :(

And when I said the lotion didn't help I meant It did a little, but it's not completely gone.

Do you exfoliate with a scrub or chemical exfoliant? I'd recommend that to help with the dry flakes. Do it once to twice a week, and then always make sure to replenish the skin with a good moisturizer designed for dry skin. Look into one that contains AHA for your dry skin. Also, you can look into a nourishing night cream that would be thicker and more moisturizing than a day cream and also a cleanser that contains hyaluronic acid which will help your skin retain moisture.

Make sure to use a heavy moisturizer, or you can get the marajuca oil from tarte, I hear it works wonders for dry skin

I agree with heavy moisturizers or anything organic to moisturize. And if pick one for after shower use (you tend to get dry the most after showers) and one before make-up use.

I get that same problem occasionally. Mine feels more like scaly skin as opposed to to dry skin. I use Egyptian Magic Cream which is actually more of a salve than a cream. Its 100% organic.

I know how it feels like to have dry skin... Lotion will not always help..try to use a very thick moisturiser I use the E45 moisturiser...you can find a good one in the dry skin section of your beauty store..it is also important to clean your face with a soap free face wash, go for something that is perfume free and will not foam..I hope it works :)
