How to dress as mini mouse for Halloween?

I'm being Minnie Mouse for 1 night of Halloween but I haven't found any ready made costumes I like so I'd like to put together my own.
but I'm really lost!
I know the colors should be red and black with some white.
any ideas or pictures would be great!
I'm 21 so I want it to be cute for going out but not super slutty.

Red dress with white polka dots, or a red skirt with white polka dots, and a black top with that.

For the face, a circle on the nose and whiskers, and of course her ears and now on her head :)
