Hi, so I saw the ELF cream liner in Target for three dollars and was wondering if it would actually work. I also saw the Smashbox Jet Set Waterproof liner and was wondering if it was worth it. For those of you who have tried or have knowledge on either, can you tell me your thoughts? I need a new black liner.

I have the ELF liner and I love it. It lasts through the day without smudging or smearing. Definitely my go to cream liner.
