I wanna be a goddess for hallowee but I don't know what makeup would be perfect for it. Anyone please?..

Sara's idea would suit really well. You could also do a pale pink eyeshadow with and use a subtle black liquid liner too. For the lips, a nude colour would be perfect :)

Traditionally goddesses have that golden kinda aura about them (unless you were going for Artemis, in that case silver would be the goto colour). I would go bronze or gold for eyes and a nude lip and maybe something that signifies that peticular goddess :) best of luck love.
