Hey guys! I've never used toner before and cleansing usually makes me break out with spots which is why I haven't cleansed for so long! Everyone's telling me cleansing and toning is so good for the skin and I really want to try again but have no idea what brand to buy. I don't want to spend too much money and I would say my skin is borderline dry and very sensitive! Advice please? :)

L'oreal and Garnier have good products :) either for cleansing and well as toners. They have for every skin type.
And I also have dry skin and I find Toner as a must. It does make a difference, and if you feel your skin tight, you can use a mousturizer at the end :)
