I have always used pencil eyeliners for my top lid preferably urban decays 24/7 eyeliner. I wanted to know is it hard when first applying gel liner . And what are the best brands ? What should I first start out with to see if I like it.

It's super easy, you just draw on a line... It's honestly the easiest way to apply eyeliner. Try maybelline or Mac, both have great gel liners:)

And Mac fluid line is a great gel liner. It comes in a little pot and lasts forever !

Smashbox jet set gel liners are good and stay all day. Lancôme also has great gel liners. Both brands are waterproof and able to use on the tight line.

Maybelline. You could also create your own by heating the tip of a pencil with a lighter if you are saving pennies.

I have used it for quite a while and i always melts off.. If you have a dark eyeshadow put that on top of the gel after applying it. It dries it and keeps it from melting..other than that i love it.

Clinique make an amazing one. It glides on easier then Maybelline and stays put.
