Sorry for my mess up up eyebrows, trying to grow them out! was wondering if you could help me, trying to figure out what color I should fill them in?

I would say a light brown or brown. something close to your natural color...
You could start out with buying this really cheap elf eyebrow kit just to play with drawing in your brows! it's about 3 dollars at target. It's works really well actually (: food luck!
