I think what's sticking out to me most is the fact that there seems to be a prominent gap between your silvery eyeshadow and your brown, crease eyeshadow. If I were you, I'd drag the silver up a bit higher, then go over it again with brown to blend the two shades together. I'd also blend out the edges a touch, because right now it looks a bit harsh (though that could just be the picture).

I do really like the silver with your eye color, though, that palette seems like a good investment for you =)
