All you need is an anti bacterial spray for piercings, if you got your professionally done you should have gotten one.. you should get one asap from the drug store. you need to rotate the earring once everyday so it doesn't get stuck from the clear liquid that comes out from newly pierced ears.

That's a very low helix piercing. It's a cartilage piercing so be careful you don't sleep on that side or bump it as you could get a keloid on it, I'd personally clean it with a saline soloution. (Rock/sea salt) and you dilute some in hot water then wait for it to cool and clean the piercing, don't be rough with it whilst cleaning, there's no reason to move or twist it, that'll only make the healing take longer. As long as you clean it properly you shouldn't have any problems :)

I personally have that piercing. Only use antibacterial soap. Other things for piercings aren't very good for the skin and can make you reject the piercing.

Soap can dry piercings out if used too often.

It's a growth of scar tissue I believe, it's more common in dark skinned ladies which is why I mentioned it :) just be careful with it and keep it clean, you shouldn't have to worry.
