Try an oatmeal mask. you can do this everyday as it is extremely gentle and very beneficial for sensitive, irritated and red skin. I have eczema and this really helped my skin so much and I use oatmeal powder mixed with water to make a paste, as a cleanser every day and night! :)
There are no specific measurements for this. Scoop at least a teaspoon of oatmeal and you can grind it into a powder for easier application. Mix with water or even green tea and a little splash of apple cider vinegar for an extra redness reducing and ph balancing boost or plain yogurt for its redness reducing properties as well. Mix until you get the perfect pasty consistency. if its too liquid for your liking, add in more oatmeal and if its too dry, add in more liquid. :) good luck!

I sort of have the same problem. My skin is always irritated because I have acne so I use medicine for it, but it makes my skin very dry and sensitive 😕

I have the same problem. I know it sucks! I use Aveeno lotion and Aveeno fragrance free body wash and they both are very moisturizing and don't make my skin burn/itch.

Aveeno has a sensitive skin line that my husband uses himself and loves. He uses the Ultra Calming segment from Aveeno that includes cleanser, moisturizer and eye cream.
