During the holidays, Sephora, Ulta, etc.always has awesome holidays gift sets. I think that would be a great way to go for a gift. They have plenty of gift sets under $40

Maybe a cute ipad cover. I like offering lipsticks to my friends as gifts and maybe a high end eyeliner since it looks like she uses one. Depending on your budget youll be able to fimd nice gift sets too.
