Help!! Can'T Stop Biting

I have always bit my nails I hate doing it and I have tried so many methods to stop!! Any suggestions?!

What i used to do is put nail remover on them. So when you go to bite you'll want to throw up because of the smell and taste.

Gel Polish.. I'm Trying It For The First Time Cause I'm A Crazy Nail Bitter.. And Even If I Wanted To Bite My Nails, Which I Do.. I Cant Because Of Hoe Thick And Strong The Gel Polish Made My Nails :) Good Luck!!
