Alright, here's the deal. I recently bought the dress below for a date. I plan to style it with black tights and either gold pumps or black booties (I can post a photo of those later if you would like) but other than that I have no idea how to style it! Generally for dates I wear a bold lip and very light eye makeup, however,

I think you should do a smokey eye with a light pink lip & some black heels or Wedges, since the dress is bright you don't want your makeup to look bright or it will just look funky. I think it would look nice without tights

I also don't think good pumps would go to well with this dress if you do wear the tights can you put a pic of the booties

I would go with loose romantic hair waves, black heels, and a light not too heavy black smoky eye. the dress is already too cute you don't need the tights(:
