So I know what pigments are used for, but I just dont know what to use them with. I've heard about nyx shadow pencil in milk but I'm not sure if it'll work and another problem with that is that none of those pencils come in a neutral color. I've always heard that I should use Mac Pro mixing medium but I feel like there are other solutions than buying a pro product which is harder to find. would mac fix + work? and also I've heard about too faced glitter glue.
Essentially I just want to know one product that would work as a perfect base for pigments. Please help!!

There are tons of options. Eye drops, glitter adhesives, mixing mediums, and bases. Fyrinnae, Pumkin and Poppy, and Glamour Doll Eyes are indie online companies that sell cheap mixing mediums and adhesives. NYX jumbo pencils will work just as they do with pressed shadows. You'll still end up with fallout. You can also use a synthetic brush, mix water or eyedrops in the cap with the pigment. It'll be a paste and be much more vibrant. You don't always have to go with MAC! I never do.

I use water, fix plus by MAC, or Duraline by Inglot they all work real well. If applying on the lips I just mix a small amout of lipstick with any clear gloss and its great.
