So Hi Girlies I have this halloween party coming up and I am going as dead red riding hood so I want to were my hair in ringlets does anyone suggest a none heat method? x
pics would be apprectated! :)

Try rag curls. Cut up an old t-shirt into strips of fabric, wrap your hair around them and tie when damp. Then wait for the hair to dry and you should get traditional ringlets.

I don't sorry. But if you put rag curls into YouTube there are loads of tutorials and it's pretty easy to master.

Plus you'll get a really traditional ringlet curl that would fit with your costume idea. My grandma used to curl my hair this way when I was little and it gave a really cute effect.
