Red lip for sure, I shimmer bronze or highlight on the cheek bones would look stunning. for the eyes make it simple but not too simple make sure it doesn't over power the lip. hope I helped.

A neutral glittery eyeshadow with a some cat eye liner with a red lip would look really good. With a nice contour and a shimmer highlight in your cheekbones
