I have had long hair for a really long time and I'm kind of tired of it but my hair is really dry and stuff but I'm not sure if it will look good.

I agree with Ramsha. That would look really good! Also if your hair is starting to get really dry, that could possibly lead to split ends and split ends are no fun! So better to cut it now.

Or you can do some hair masks to help with your hair being really dry
