Does dying/bleaching hair cause permanent damage to the scalp?

Nope. my hair grows very fast and I bleach and colour the heck out of it. but it definitely does dry out your scalp, so take some care of it after bleaching.

Definitely not! I've bleached the crappp out of my hair, several times. My hair still grows at the same rate, about 3cm a month :)
