I need a good foundation to try out but I have dry and sensitive skin and I don't want it to cling to my dry spots, any suggestions?

Probably willing to spend up to $40 on it

What coverage are you looking for?

Medium!

If you don't have too much acne and redness I would highly recommend Urban Decay naked skin foundation. For me it was light and medium if I built it up (and you can definitely build this up but still achieve the natural look it offers), but that's only because I have a TON of ance, acne scarring, and redness for days. I only stopped using it as my everyday foundation because I wanted full coverage and something more suited for oily skin.

I've been fortunate and don't have much acne, but I was going to try that one out! Does it oxidize at all?

Not that I've seen. I have really fair skin and the lightest shade is to dark for me already but throughout the day I didn't see it getting any worse.

Any opinions on the makeup forever foundation?

The HD one? I loved that foundation about a year ago but never repurchased because I wanted to try something new. I feel like it works great with combo skin, but It isn't matte so it should work for dry skin as well. The coverage was decent and it blended into the skin beautifully, basically invisible.
