I tried doing a simple "get ready with me" look that Jacklyn Hill did and it's just not working for me. Anyone have any inspiration for me as far as eye looks go?

I have to say, it's almost like you guys know me! Haha! Both of those looks are pretty much my typical go-to look when I don't have anything prepared or don't have time to think something up. The look is a gold on my lid blended with any neutral color that's a little darker on my outer V. That's exactly what yall posted for me! That's funny! And thank you ladies for taking the time to help me out. 👍😄

I wish I could tell you yes but I honestly don't know about drugstore brand concealers. I'm definitely not a hight end snob or anything, I usually just use drugstore brands for the colors. Oh and, Maybelline came out with an awesome matte lipstick line that doesn't dry your lips out- love! However when the product is supposed to really work for something (hope I put that right) I do lean towards something pricier. I use Mac concealer under my eyes and I find it works great so I haven't tried much else. I usually add a touch of Mac Prep and Prime in Radiant Rose over that because it's salmon tinted and hides the blueish or purplish circles. If your concealer feels too thick I wonder if you could blend it with a moisturizer? That's the first thing I would try aside from buying a new one. And I use my middle finger to pat it into place because that usually keeps me from using too much product. I wish I could be if more help!
