Give it a trim & avoid heat as much as you can cause it really dries out the hair & use a masque for the hair twice a week, you can also use coconut oil but make sure you get the organic one , put it on 30 mins before your shower or overnight.

Okay so, in the first place, you can't really get it back. The most that you can do is to make it better. I'd recommend a moisturizing mask twice a week, focusing on the tips of your hair :)

You wanna try to lock moisture in your hair. Avoid too much sun hitting you ends. Use egg yolks and mayonnaise for a shine and healthiness. Be careful with olive oil because too much of it can actually dry out your hair even more. Butter is AMAZING! Heat some normal non salted butter and apply to your hair, leave it on for as much as you want. (Minimum 30 mins). Avoid too much heat styling and give your hair trims ever few months!
