How to get rid of back acne scars.

I had back acne and have some scars left over. I always avoid wearing tank tops because of it. I tried exfoliating/moisturizing but nothing. Should I try lemon juice on my back?

Massage sensitive skin lotion for a king time only in the areas with the acne on it.and lightly massage areas without it and rinse with warm water then cold water.

Bha exfoliant (chemical exfoliant) will help unclog those pores & help w/ the scars.
