Totally! All you need is a good lip primer. Line the lips first then fill them in with the liner, then jot the lipstick on with your finger! Brand I recommend smashbox or Mac...you truly get what you pay for

NYC has a really nice darker red that I use all the time, and the lasting power is great!

You have the same tone as me, and reds are my favorite. I would go with a matte shade 2 of my favorites are Ruby Woo, and Russian Red both by MAC. I use hem with MAC Cherry liner.

Yes, since your skin is quite fair, almost any type of red would look magnificent on you! Especially bright bold reds:)
