How can I cover my dark under-eyes without over applying my concealer (I use stick concealer not liquid) and looking cakey?

Try applying a corrector first or blending the concealer in with a beauty blender. applying eye cream before doing your concealer always helps too.

It sounds strange, but I often rub ice, in a cloth, under my eyes to wake them up and reduce puffiness then once they go back to room temperature, put heat on my face (blowdrying front/top if hair works) to bring blood to the area. Thatll reduce the puffiness and darkness. As the above person said, correctors work well too. Another thing that may help? don't use concealer thats too light for your skin. When you do apply it, hit the inner corner of your eye with it too cause there's a lot of darkness there and it reduces the overall effect of darkness once its lightened up. Good luck!
