My hair at the ends is looking horrible. I use heat a lot. Is it split ends or heat damage?

No :) but you could get it cut so the split ends are gone

I would get a could trim and start using a heat protectant if you don't already use one!!

I'm sorry, I can't really tell by that picture. But if you think it is, get a hair cut and start using products for dry, damaged hair. I did the aame thing a years ago, and it worked :)

Yup as soon as you cut those split ends it will look great again. it isnt damaged. but try and get them cut as soon as possible because you don't want the spilt to get any higher or the more you have to cut. its a easy fix.

What the other ladies suggested ^^^ and also a good damage repairing product I like is the Pantene Overnight Miracle Serum.
