Umm I have light skin and I use Mary Kay's ivory 1 powder and ivory 2 concealer not sure about foundation but it really helps.

If youre looking for an inexpensive foundation the collection's stay perfect range is amazing and I'm sure you can get it in porcelain. Maybe make sure its not your powder making your foundation oxidise and go slightly orange?
