What is a good concelear that covers up dark under eye circles?

A salmon - peach colored concealer to counteract under eye darkness, followed by a concealer that is your exact shade and not lighter will do the trick.
I use either Bobbi Browns color corrector or a corrector from my RCMA palette. NYX also has a peach color corrector as well as some other drug store brands.

Like Kitty said, get a corrector then for some concealers on top you could go with Mac prolong wear, nyx HD, or Nars creamy radiant.
