For the blind pimple I would use Neutrogena salicylic acid spot treatment.

Alcohol you need to dry them out and make sure that you don't pick at them before you put your makeup on.

I heard that if you put crushed up aspirin on a pimple it will help it go away really fast. But, I'd research it first to be sure it's safe.

Clean and Clear also has a spot treatment that works really well :)
